Nico Schliemann lives near Stuttgart, South Germany and plays the guitar for 24 years and already went to study guitar at the Jazz & Rock School Freiburg when he was 16. He’s a guitar teacher for well over 13 years by now and made himself known as a good coach in south germany, as many guitar players approach him when they need new input or concepts or want to go deeper with thier instruments. 2011 he won 2nd price (best newcomer) in the international guitar contest „Guitar Idol III“ in London. Since the beginning of 2013 his main live work is with the german electro pop act „Glasperlenspiel“ with whom he also toured all the big arenas around germany, switzerland, belgium, austria and denmark as a support for german artist Helene Fischer for her 2015 arena tour.
Besides that he plays a lot of sessions with bands like the NightLive Band, as a guest for The Wright Thing, Westbunch or Wolf Coderas Session Possible.
