Guitar player Guido Bungenstock from Hamburg/Germany offers a wide-ranged virtuosic style of rock, blues & fusion and reaches a special international fan base spilling over the borders out of Germany. Aside from being Hamburg’s session player, he teaches online guitar lessons via Zoom®. As a workshop lecturer, he operates through out Germany with his Modern Rock Guitar concept. He also worked as a Guitar Instructor and created over 130 videos for one of the biggest Guitar Online Platform Guitarmasterclass.net .

The motto of Guido Bungenstock‘s Rock band Taurus is: An uncompromising blend of melodic powerful rock songs and versatile virtuosity combined with lots of room for live improvisation. He is assisted by top musicians and transforms every concert into an energetic stage event, not only for enthusiastic guitar music lovers.

Jens Wrede (Bass)

As a studio and live musician, he has worked with among others AnNa R. (Gleis 8/Rosenstolz), Stefan Gwildis, Ina Müller, Heinz Rudolf Kunze, Max Mutzke, and Helene Fischer. Furthermore, he has participated in numerous musical and theater productions, including Cabaret, Mamma Mia!, and Jesus Christ Superstar. Since 2014, he has also served as Musical Director at the Altonaer Theater, notably for Backbeat. In addition to his stage work, he composes and produces film scores for broadcasters such as Arte and ProSieben.

 

Heinz Lichius (Drums)

A native of the Netherlands, he began taking drum lessons at the age of eleven. In 1990, he completed a degree in jazz studies at the University of Music and Theatre Hamburg. In addition to his great passion for drumming, he is also an outstanding bassist. With his groove, this busy musician provided the rhythmic foundation for the following bands: NDR Bigband, HR Bigband, Ulita Knaus, Jonas Schoen, Jürgen Attig, Jo Gallardo, Jon Hammond, Roland Cabezas, Side By Side, Ulla Meinecke & Orange Blue.

 

 

Thomas Jobmann (Keys)

He completed his music studies in Lübeck, where he honed his musical skills while simultaneously developing a solid understanding of arrangement, performance, and music technology. For over 28 years, he served as a Product Specialist for Keyboards & Synthesizers at Roland. During this time, he shared his extensive expertise through presentations, workshops, and at international music trade fairs. Concurrently, he performed with numerous Top 40 bands as well as in various musical theater productions, impressing audiences with his stylistic versatility, musical precision, and keen ear for modern sounds.
